The compact and mobile Napoleon PRO kettle grill with cart offers charcoal enthusiasts a top-level grilling experience. The foldable, powder-coated black grill cart features a foldable side shelf with ample space for preparing food.
The cast-iron cooking grates can be adjusted to three different heights for convenient grilling. They are also foldable, making it easier to add charcoal, refill the water pan, and place smoking chips or chunks. When grilling with charcoal, it’s important to regulate heat through airflow. The vent protects the food from wind and rain.
The Vortex heat management system improves heat transfer inside the grill, ensuring better searing and smoking, as well as more efficient fuel use. The stainless steel expansion ring is suitable for rotisserie cooking and has openings that cover the slots for the spit. Integrated openings for temperature probes allow precise control of the cooking process.
